- The business you called (so they can deliver the service and manage the booking).
- Trusted providers used to operate the service, such as:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) – hosting and storage in Australian regions.
- Twilio – telephony and call routing (subject to their privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy).
- ElevenLabs – voice synthesis (subject to their privacy policy at elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy).
- Government or law enforcement where required by law.
