These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI voice agent services ("Services") provided by Link AI Pty Ltd ("Link AI", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Link AI provides AI-powered voice agents that answer calls, capture details, and help manage appointment bookings (including rescheduling/cancellations where enabled). The Services may be used by service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, real estate agencies, clinics, and others.
No professional advice: Our voice agents do not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Fees (if applicable) are as agreed in your plan or proposal. Fees are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated. Except where required by Australian law, fees are non-refundable.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality improvement. Where enabled, callers receive a notification that calls may be recorded. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may use third-party providers to deliver the Services, including:
Link AI retains all rights in the Services. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription or agreement period.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may vary depending on configuration, integrations, and third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any agreed notice period or billing terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
